Default Brown spots... Edges, wilting, spreading

I've the last week I've noticed what initially looked like white/brow. spots on the fan leaves. Since then the leave has suffered further damage. It doesn't doesn't look further fungessy, more like bleach/acid burn primary along the edges.
Has anyone seen this and recommendations... ? My 4 week beg next to it started showing same signs on one leaf today.
More prominent around the bottom half.

There was one time 2 weeks ago I did not add nutrients to the 5L water before watering, being lazy... Would this have something to do with it? Or not frequently pH testing?
Its a CDB shark shock. And the 4 week is the GSC.

    Many thanks!

Would also be nice to see the whole plant. Did those leaves happen to come off the side of the plant nearest your fan?

answering the question after, the infan blows directly on it... The damage is happening all around it, but it is pruned a little to help light reach bottom branches so air could easily be hitting them.

I think I've noticed the shady areas being going mostly affected
