    Would a light spray off neem oil do this with the lights still on that’s only thing I could suggest?

    Think I should up the dose with calmag give them full strength? Or do I need this as my ec without anything is about 0.4/0.6?

    Forget about cal mag, there's no need for extra calcium. I'd be inclined to foliar feed with Epsom salts...
