Around a teaspoon of Epsom dissolved in about a litre of water, put it in a spray bottle & spray the plant (under the leaves too!)

You want to do this lights off (for obvious reasons!) & until they are soaked... let them dry some before lights on! It should only take the one application.

... I'd hang off putting into flower until you are sure the issue is sorted

A foliar spray of epsom salts to fix a mag deff, works pretty fast m8. Your affected leaves will no doubt stay like they are. But newer growth should be sweet.

I grow in coco, and always give a foliar spray. Mid to late veg. And early flower. Prevention is better than the cure

That one foliar spray might even do you Harry. How far into the grow are you? I was using 18ltr pots for a fair bit there, vegging for 6 weeks. A would give a spray at week 4 of veg. Then probably again about week 2 or 3 of 12/12. A never liked the idea of maybe spraying buds, so tried to avoid it with buds on it.

As Rasta says, watch the new growth for improvement as the old leaves stay as they are

Once should be enough but a second spray never hurt... leave it a few days first though....

Always watch out for rot in flowering.... as soon as you start to see clumps of bud (flowers) it's time to stop
