C'mon Herbies, you're better than this!

Before we break down what you need to extract THC with alcohol, it’s time to talk safety. Alcohol is VERY flammable, especially the high-proof stuff, and should never be evaporated in a poorly-ventilated space or near an open flame or spark. Do NOT boil alcohol! Just because Everclear and isopropyl aren’t as combustible as butane, for example, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t take the proper safety precautions. Be smart and be safe!
Anyone reducing alcohol or ISO indoors - even with the window open, is looking at potential explosions!

Here's an example of what could happen!

I'm not saying don't make cannabis oil, but I am saying that people that do it indoors are risking their house & their life... play safe people, the fumes are highly explosive!
It's Not What You Know, It's What You Can Prove

Wasn't that story from a butane extraction done inside? I did an alcohol extraction on my stove with the extraction hood on high and a window open. All the videos I watched including lab ones used a similar setup

Not sure TBH but when I did a QWISO, you could easily see the fumes - I'll see if I can find a pic....

Yeah alcohol fumes are not to be messed with in a confined space. Do that shit outside away from any naked flames unless you have a lab like extraction system in your house.
