    Default Upturned leaves

Wondered what you think to this? Happened over night last night. The heat has been fine at 24-25c. The humidifier ran out of water in the early hours and dropped to about 40%. I have a 250w MH and a 150w IS Led that was at 100w, now turned to 70w in case it was too much. Admittedly they may have been hanging too low at about 16in but the heat was sound so didn't worry. Humidity has been sound at 60% or so since this morning and the temp has been sound too. So can't understand why all 3 decent ones are like this, it's got worse but can't upload pic for some reason so this one is from this morning. Not feeding nutes. Could it be the 2 lights together, despite the heat being sound, just don't work well together in a 80x80x180cm tent? Although it's been fine up to now. Might settle but like I say it's worse since this mornin.

The earth brought forth marijuana, plants yielding weed according to their own strain, and gardens bearing fruit in which is their seed, each according to its kind. And stoners saw that it was good.

Looks like heat stress... or maybe a fan blowing directly upon them?

Hmm the fans circulate but because of the positioning they're right next to 2 fans and all 3 get hit about 90% of the time. As for heat stress could it be because the tent wasn't sucking in so not taking out enough air? Turned the extractor up already but I'll go have a play with the fans.

Yeah, you really do need some negative pressure happening in the tent mate, it does look humidity/temps but doesn't match up with the stats you shared..so really not sure

Yeh that's why I put it up, stats aren't fudged lol. The pressures good now, the lights are a bit higher than they need to be just in case, the heat is solid as is the hum, the fans aren't blowing on them directly at all now so I guess we'll see what mornin brings. May just have to take the MH out and stick to Led for this one if it's no better, really don't know. But it's only happened in the last 24 hrs and they've been fine for a cple wks so who knows

Was possibly a bit worse this morning, certainly no better. Only changes I made at the start were replacing the pc intake fan with a 4in black orchid and adding the 250w MH. So took the MH out and put the pc fan bk in. See how they get on now. Stick to what I know, no good getting a nod to say I can grow then fuck all my plants up

Had a Sunmaster Cool Deluxe MH 400w to start, then added 150w led board at 60w to start, then that went up to 100w eventually. Swapped the 400w MH for a 250w MH as it was going into 30c. Never used hps/mh before so it was experimental I'll add. Even though the heat was ok they still turned to the sky. Took the MH out as the only thing I could think of, at a complete guess, was too much light. And as I've used Led before thought it best to take the MH out and carry on with Led. Height has been as low as 16in accidentally because of going by heat/hand test, but up to 22in since yesterday. Lights on 24/7. Now Led is on 135W (full power) . Hope this has made some sense. Cheers for lookin in

Give the plants a break mate, try 20/4 at least imo all plants need a dark period.
    Hope it helps

100% agree with red on this one. Light stress would be my call, very easy to do with LED even at good temps and low power.

I know heat and wind are favourites, but does the start of a mite issue look like that? I've just read so anyway.
