California Cannabis Enforcement

I know California has been focusing on illegal cannabis businesses, but they are also inspecting legal ones. I've seen firsthand BCC agents inspect a distributor and confiscate thousands of dollars of product because the company completely disregarded cannabis compliance requirements. It's only going to get worse for licensed cannabis businesses, which is going to hurt other businesses and consumers.

There is no legal Marijuana business, in the USA, just illegal one's. The federal government will only look the other way so long.

They need to watch what there spraying over there, even a lot of test are being failed down to microbial reasons.

They've found a lot of dispensaries buying product that has not had the required testing for pesticides, mold, etc. Sometimes it's the dispensary trying to cut costs, other times it's the supplier faking the paperwork. There's been a lot of hubbub lately regarding bootleg vaping pens which have additives that are causing breathing problems. That's the reason that about the only thing I'll get in a dispensary is clones. Quite honestly, there is almost no market for bud anymore, it all goes to edibles, vapes, salves, creams and concentrates. I prefer to grow/make my own, that way I know what's in it and how it's been handled.

WOW how things have change since 2014. Today they are shipping weed all over the world with little cause weather it is legal or not especialy here in the States. Same for clons and cuttings. Amazing!

I think I figure out how they can send clones or Cuttings to illegial States. From what I understand it takes at least 1gm to do A THC test. I doubght A clone Weighs A 1/10 of A gram after drying out. So they can't even test to see how much THC is in the clone. I remember years ago California wouldn't send us Clons or Cuttings. Just another loop hole in our laws today. haha
