    Short answer, No.

Long answer, air filters are designed to remove larger particles than smell

Someone on here had once said something along the lines of, "filters are cheaper than new front doors".

I've heard some people use ona gel blocks to get rid of the weed smell but advised not to put in your tent as it can make your weed smell or taste like ona. I've not used it but maybe that is an alternative? Be good to hear others experience with it.
