Default New grow using root riot for seedlings, any advice?

9 new babies, apparently a mix of white widow and gelato have sprouted their tiny lovely starter leaves, any advise from people who have used root riot before? Such as a good medium to transplant to when size increases, or any specific ways to help not stress the sproutlings?

All advice would be greatly accepted

Always used root riot cubes myself..
When I have visible root showing I would normally transplant to 1litre pot, then onto 10litre or 15 for final pot.
Always used a mix of Coco coir and perlite.

Thank you, I've been looking at Coco mix and perlite, plus some organic slow release nutrients for the soil but not sur sure what the cost will be
