Not a kit as such, and of course opinions will vary, but I've never had any issues using a 100mm Ram fan with a 100mm Rhino Pro carbon filter controlled with a cheap Variispeed fan speed controller. It's not to everyone's taste, but it works in my tent which is very similar to yours (I have the shorter 120cm version of that tent)

I've attached a bug net to the passive intake which restricts the flow nicely and creates neg pressure.

    Probably £100 all in.

I use Rhino Pro Carbon filters - they come with a two year no quibble guarantee, and are available in different sizes to suit your needs. The 300mm long version which I have in a 1.2 x 1.2m tent, is available in 100 / 125 / 150mm diameter and will be more than adequate for the size of your tent. The websites which sell these filters normally will have manufacturer's technical data charts relating to airflow which will help you to make a choice. The other stuff you need is just standard flexible ventilation ducting.
I fit an old pair of ladies tights over the inlet. Note: I did not say a pair of old ladies tights.
