    Default Shatter/wax

I no it's not hash but wow made this the other night with some alcohol my trim and loose buds I had a sleep on the sofa after sampling it rubbed on the inside of my rizla there will be a better way to do this but here's what I did

1st put ur trim/bud in oven no higher than 90c for about 10 mins till its crispy dry

Put the 100% alcohol and trim in freezer for a few hours

Trim and alcohol in a bowl covering it and swirl around for 20 seconds

Filter through coffee filter I used kitche few sheets of kitchen roll done the job but be carefull off stalks

Then just evaporate the alcohol either in a bain Marie or just leave over night DO NOT USE GAS STOVE! Pretty obvious but alcohol and fire done mix just putting it there just incase lol

You can do a seconds run for a bit longer aswell I never bothered tho if I has the proper filters I probably would of

Never do this indoors without specialised extraction otherwise you risk explosions!

I take it that you are not aware that ISO vapour is heavier than air?

This is the big problem that people don't understand... the vapour can pool at floor level...

Nope I didnt no that I just had my extractor on full and back door open if I do it again I'll just do it outside and leave to evaporate overnight out there

You get the same thing with butane when making BHO, the butane pools on the floor & explodes - a quick google for BHO explosion will show you the danger...

I've only ever done this outside & the 2nd time I did it, I had a mate with me, who could be classed as a gas expert - he sat the other end of the garden as he thought even doing it outside was too dangerous! - I won't even repeat what he said when I told him people do this indoors!

Anyway, suffice it to say that I looked up the dangers & it makes shocking reading! The main issue appears to be that when the vapour ignites then it expands... and expands hugely! That's the real issue with doing it indoors, there isn't enough expansion room so walls & ceilings give

Yeh cheers for that heads up, often the dangers of these things aren't well represented when showing the good results.
