    Default Microbial Diversity & Mulch

Can you have too many of them in soil? Microbes that is. In my opinion. No. I mean how many types of microbes are in a handful of soil, all of them working in tandem for our beloveds. keeping the microbes topped up & feeding them with mulch is a top priority. Hungry microbes like sugars. However there must be a balance & fortunately these microbes keep the balance in soil. Very forgiving stuff soil. vegetables used to be grown in soil, and now we have hydroponics/aeroponics etc. Is it viable to use two different brands of myco? Just for the diversity. So if anyone has something to say on this I would appreciate it. LoveBudd

Thanks Redz. LoveBudd here. I've gone Organic. Done hydro, soil is easier imo. One type of myco. Do you mean any type will do?

No mate we need to be using endo-mycorrhiza(g. intraradices or it’s called glomus mossae)
However we do want a good diversity of other microbes in the soil and your right mulching is key imo
