Default How to cool the air and add humidity?

I have a room 10m2 and need to get down the temperature and humidity. I have a humidifier, but that's not enough. Is there any portable conditioner that also adds humidity and cools the air or whats the stuff with these things? I haven't used any of that kind of things before.

How far out of range are you? You could possibly work around it?

The temperature is 29C and humidity 37% (one cool air humidifier works all the time), but soon warmer outside and then the temperature will be more up, I think.
Its in basement, one fan takes air inside, no fans outside to the chimney. I was thinking to add one fan to take the air outside, but don't think it will be enough.

Go with a centrifugal humidifier buddy far higher output. Hr15 not cheap but available used for about 100 and copies available for about the same.

There are a couple of simple little things which I do to help reduce high temperatures and increase low humidity during warm weather.
I place my air inlet down on the floor where the temperatures are often up to 5C lower than the temperature 2 meters above the floor.
I made up a simple device to increase humidity, consisting of an old wire fridge basket sitting in a basin of water. I drape dish towels over the basket, dangling in the water. The air inlet is then positioned to draw air across the moist towels. This increases my relative humidity by 5-7%.
None of the two tips above are the perfect solution, but they cost nothing, and help a bit.
