Default indoor + part time outdoor sunlights.

    Hi all,

I've one question and cant figure out.

I have plants that are in the 3-4 week veg period indoor grow. My backyard is quite suitable and receives at least 6-7 hours of direct sunlight every day. I want to leave my 3-4 week old plants in backyard for 6 hours a day in the sunlight. When the sun goes down, I will take it inside the house and continue indoor grow lights

So,here is the simple math. 12 hours a HID light + 6 hours direct sunlight.

What kind of advantages does it have, can i double my harvest?
What should i pay attention to? Is there anything that could be harmful?

thanks a lot for your help

Lots of bugs outside, not good, for flowering indoor plants.

If it’s hot I often give my plants a few weeks of veg outside but bugs can be a right bugger if they get in the soil.
