    Default Kingbo Lights 600w question for seedlings

    So my seeds just sprouted. Usually grow outdoors for the past 8 years but now indoors with Kingbo lights, a fan and thats about it.

    What I want to know. Whats the distance the lights should be from these newly sprouted shoots? At the moment its 18cm... is that too close, too far? Cant seem to locate the answer to this question anywhere... if anyone can skool me on this, would be much appreciated.
