The Fox Farm Ocean (excellent soil choice BTW!) might be a little hot for youngsters, are you adding any other nutes? Overall, they look pretty good. I'm using Fox Farm Happy Frog, but may try a Frog/Ocean mix for the next grow.

I wouldn't add any nutes until they get a little bigger. Ocean Forest is an amended soil, so it's already got a lot of nutes in it, as such, it's a little hot for youngsters, water well, but make sure it drains. Really don't see a big problem in the pictures. They look quite good.

It doesn't look like nute burn to me, well it does but more from dropping it on the leaves than being too hot...
But that's just an opinion ^^

Do you have a hps bulb for flower? Mh is only really suited to veg, not that you can't flower with it but it is not as optimal. Typically the ballasts are interchangeable.

Once water hits the leaves the nutes are already there it's not heat burn like a magnifying glass from the water drops but the salts chemically burning the leaves...
