Default Seedlings not growing help please.

Hi I've grown before and have been successful with my grows but the last few times iv tried to grow from seeds they have failed and I'm not sure why.

I used the paper towel method to germinate and put in to shot sized pots with B&Q multi-purpose compost (used successfully before).

They have broke through the soil a few days ago and have grown to a couple of inches tall but the second set of leaves are not growing quick enough, usually
they are bigger than they are now. I have put them in a dome on the window.

    The seeds are:
Barney Farm Seeds - Amnesia Lemon
Humboldt Seed Organisation - Black D.O.G
DinaFem Seeds - Purple Afghan Kush
    G13 Labs - Double Black
    All Fem Seeds.

I have pictures but can't seem to upload them right now.
    ONE LOVE

they look like you could use a little bit more light, so they don't stretch out so much. It's also a good idea to have a fan blow on a gentle breeze across them, that helps strengthen the stems. If you need to you can repot and bury all the way up to those first little round cotyledon leaves.

It takes 12 to 14 days to get the roots layed down, before they will starting growing.
