    The whole thing don't make sense ,how much soil or coco is this 250 ml cup ,I'll let you take over shredder lol ,

    Neither have, I did it in a panic thinking it was too big for the plant.
    There is no soil mixed apart from what was around the roots before transplanting. Since then there has been new growth though.

    The roots had barely grown and so fit into the pots easily

    Right ,firstly plants will or can spaz a little at repot ,definitely a stall in growth can be expected somtimes and especially prematurely as you have re potted
