Default ready to flip-need some advice

hi, my 3 girls are getting big. i'm worried I won't have the room for their stretching in flower. they will be 4 weeks from seed tomorrow.here's the pics.Click image for larger version.

I've tried supercropping a couple of stems as advised on here. just to see if i'd done it properly.both have straightened back up.do I bend them again at the same point on the stem?
my ec and ph readings have been a stable 0.7 and 5.8/9 respectively.when I change res for flowering I have canna flora a+b.i also have nutrients that i'm not sure when (if at all ?)I use them.i have advanced nutrients-grandma enggys F1 and H2,sensi zym,big bud, iguana juice, collosal budblast and advanced carboload.
I also have canna cannazym, and rhizotonic. what and when should I use?
what EC and PH should I be looking for in flower? and the temp and humidity should be slightly lower in flower?is that the case?
I know theres quite a few questions here but they've been growing well if maybe a tad tall and I want to get them off to the right start in flower. sorry about the pics btw.only realised they were wrong way up when I previewed post and am unsure how to sort them.

You just have to keep practing on your Supercropping, until you get it right, just be very careful and don't break any stems. But, if you do, just tape or put some sticks under them until they heil. Good luck.

    thanks for replying mate.
I've read that supercropping should only be done first 2 weeks of flower, is that the case? and if they straighten up after bending does that mean im doing it wrong?

Check out Post 115 and 117 in my diary, and see how I did mine. I did end up putting sticks under them, to keep them from breaking into. Then go to the next page, page 7 and see how I did it.

You can always put some paper clips on the side of your pots, and tie them down with string, wire, or pipe cleaners as well, if you don't want to break them.

Never thought of using paper clips for that, great tip! I'm so tired of taping them down and other techniques that I've used over the years that just sounds really good.

I can't tell you anything about your feeding, never use none of the stuff you have, Just wait and some one that knows about Coco will give you A hand. I guess that is what you are using, you didn't say, but I only know soil. Jingo might be along in a few minutes, and he can inlightine you.

I wouldn't bother with either of those in Coco. they are beneficial microbes which would be good in soil and very difficult to keep alive in coco.
