They were all planted 21 days ago
All 3 tap roots were really long - 2 inches
This was the first one to poke through, but then became the slowest, thinking I might have not planted low enough
In the past couple days its leafs just look like they need ironing out lol
It's pot is the heaviest of the two, maybe planted soil to tight?

14 Days and they should start growing better. 21 Days you say, should be growing by now. Maybe you need to feed them. But not too much, if in soul, about 1/4 strength.

Are these out side? Or under light? What light they on? What are all those rocks for?

They all look really good, don't know why they growing so slow, unless it is low light you have them own. They should be getting 400 to 800 PAR at this stage, especially if they are Auto's.

Yes these are outdoors in the UK! Used the rocks to hold the moisture in the soil, is this a bad idea?

Nothing wrong with putting rocks on top, as long as you wash them well. You never really know if they can have a fine powder that's very alkaline. The best reason for using them is to keep root aphids and flies and such from getting down there and blowing larva. it also helps add some oxygen to the water as they as it cascades over the rocks.
