Default Transplant autoflower with nitrogen toxicity?

Hi I'm in the 3th week of my first grow and I think my plant is suffering from nitrogen toxicity. It's a Royal Haze autoflower from RQS.
The problem is I'm not feeding the plant anything regurlarly, just water. Before I planted the seed I put some biological feeding tabs in the soil that are supposed to slowly release nutrients over time.
I tried to remove the tabs but I think they have dissolved already or maybe I just can't find them in the pot...

I'm not sure what to do now should I leave her be so she might grow out of it or should I transplant?

My first ever grow was with using Miracle Gro soil which had slow release nutrients in the soil and it went all tits up! They really are no good for growing weed and you pretty much have no control for what your plant needs and when. Using any other of the soil brands, ie, plant magic, canna terra etc are generally good for 4-ish weeks before needing to feed anything anyway. The problem with slow release nutes is like i said, you have no control and it can create 'hot spots' in the soil . Generally auto's dont like to be repotted but in this case,i'd seriously consider it with some soil and perlite.

Autos don't do well with transplants. Just my opinion but Keep giving only water and keep up updated. Perhaps start a journal. We can jump in when deficiencies arise.

She looks a tad dark but let's run with what we've got. Digging her up is probably going to be more stressful than what she is already going through.

Thanks for the replies I'll see if it gets worse or not the next couple of days and just keep it as it is right now.
Also, a guy on another forum where I posted this question said this isn't nitrogen toxicity and it looks more like overwatering. Not sure if he's right tho cause to me it looks like they're not drooping that much but more in an early stage of clawing. Anyway I'll see what happens.

Valentina I wasn't really planning on giving her extra nutrients besides those tabs, altho I do have this lying around just in case: Powder feeding short flowering from Green House (growbarato.net/en/green-house-feeding-nutrients/1120-powder-feeding-short-flowering.html)

So I suppose it wasn't nitrogen toxicity she's looking a lot better I'd say Also carefully added some perlite to the soil mix
