Default I have a white crystallized residue on my clay median, is this okay?

I just started my first hydro set and I started with one plant just to see how much different it was from soil. But on to the problem I have what looks like salt residue on my clay median and I don't think it's mold

It's salts from your nutes, nothing to worry about

I've seen them on coco fibers from evaporation of high mineral/chemical nutrients and I believe they can be a problem because if they build up they'll change your feed that reaches the root zone.

And this is why we feed for 20% or above run off so salts are washed through and replaced ^^ at least i. Coco...but you know that xD

If this ever happened when I was using pebbles I'd run tap water through my system for a couple of hours then replace with a feed .
But as above ^^^^^^^^ it's just dried up salts from the feed
