Default Shed Growing In Bonnie scotland

Hello everyone I'm going to be starting my new grow up in an outside garden shed. I know my biggest obstacle is gonna be maintaining temps inside so I plan on insulating with 100mm Kingspan and sealing with 12mm ply or MDF what is better for heat? I also plan on installing reflective sheeting on the inside and their will be multiple heaters going/fans inside. What do you guys think? will it be too hard during winter? I thought if done right with the right equipment and proper maintenance it should be okay. All the windows are double glazed but will be shut at night, the door is pvc fitted so should be no heat loss there,I will be timing it so the lights are on at night too as it is fucking Baltic up here in Scotland haha but the last worry I have is ventilation? what am I better doing venting from inside to out or vice versa?I will be using two 4x4 tents with two Black Dog 1000w LED lights as I have heard great things about them, I am also going hydro this time most likely r-dwc but I am worried about water temps in the tanks/pots what can I use like a heat mat or something?

sorry for all the questions lads I appreciate any information you may have for me this is a very welcoming group :]

I should be able to maintain the temps I reckon If I have a few heaters that sense when the temp drops or humidity gets too high I was thinking

Trial run it all first.... nothing worse than having to adjust part way through a grow!
