    Default Fastbuds - Pineapple Express

    Hello Talkers

Anyone else had issues with Fastbuds Pineapple Express? I have grown numerous berry types from them with no issues.

This is my 4th try with Pineapple Express. Two failed to germinate. This one is fooked :-( (2 weeks old). Previous one was similar but withered at 1 week.

I have a feeling their taproot is not developing correctly (post mortem!). Anyone any experience with such deformity? The tap root is pinched in places and withering on my latest POS.

They are in my vegetable (cucumber etc) room - so high humidity ~ 65% at 15 h light.

Almost 4 years of growing autos and never failed to get something viable.

Think I will stick with Mephisto. They work with my setup. *joke*

I've done them a few times, but not had any issues getting them out of the ground, twice in soil and once in coco

Thanks Easy. Funnily enough it was your monsters which made me bite the bullet.

Maybe this pack has had a hard life?

I have another five pack so I will try from a new vial. Getting pricey, mind!

I would say it is down to the grower ... my stupidity is high ... but I be damned the what is going on!!!!

So shrivelled !!! WPOTM if I am lucky ;-)

I tried to do a pineapple express, stalled halfway thru germ and never recovered, soil , root juice, back in the tissue, nothin worked, tried hard as I really wanted to grow it. If I get fastbuds now I just order straight from them, got some original amnesia on the way. everything else poked up and lived on that grow.

Interesting.... I won’t mention where these came from ... but not the breeder.

Sounds like you and me are experiencing similar issues.

Genuinely never seen anything like it :-(

Just a dodgy seed, you've germed plenty , I use same routine every grow, 24hr soak then straight in final pot 5mm deep, don't get many that don't pop

I’ve never had germination problems with them. The first two I grew were really nice so I bought a 10 pack of seeds. The next one didn’t auto flower. It grew really well but had to be slaughtered cos the rest of my plants were autos.

Not the best strain from FB.
