Yep you got one that's already popped and let its pollen go and the rest are getting ready. How far along are you? if there's only that area you can spray it was cold water and grab that thing out hope the damage is minimized.

What do your flowers look like? You could pick out bananas and keep going longer if needed.

Is it true when does someone see the bananas ,the pollination is done ? So it doesn't matter if I pick them out or not !

Once a bud or flower gets pollinated it may very well stop producing any more cannabinoids because it's met its purpose. But you will find that late grow Hermies don't seed every bud, they may not even seed more than 10 or 15% of your buds. Because of that, it's a good idea to finish that plant just picking off the bananas especially if you're close to harvest you may not even have time to grow that many seeds.

Of course, if you have a whole tent full of plants and only one is throwing bananas then chop it immediately and keep the rest going.

I would finish the plant and get the flowers looking the way you want, some of them are bound to turn out perfect. Just pick out those bananas as they appear and when your grow is done really clean out the inside of that tent so you don't leave any pollen hanging around.
