Default fermenting beer in grow tent?

    morning people

im a man with a few hobbies and other than growing weed i have an interest in brewing beer to serve in my summer house/converted bar.
    my theory is -
fermentation can be achieved at 20 - 24c and with the airlock humidity doesn't effect the fermentation process but on the other hand bright light will effect the yeast and ruin the beer "black fermentation bucket?".... also with the airlock co2 is bubbled out which im sure should be a bonus to the plants??
plenty of room in the middle of my tent.

any done this or thought about doing this?

As you say light ruining the yeast will be the biggest issue. Perhaps having it on top of the tent to utilise the heat but keeping it out of the light?

NO SELL, NO SMELL, NO TELL!!!

i have no room above the tent as its inside an out building, maybe 1/2ft max head space.
would a black bucket wrapped in reflective mylar do the trick? black hose out the grommet where the airlock would normally be into a jug of water?

imagine it would fine. Black would heat up and perhaps take you out of temp range so yeah wrap it with mylar or an old towel or something.

You can only try, whats the worst that could happen???

24c is high to ferment quality beer in my opinion. 18-20 is ideal in most situations and the fermentation also creates heat in your vessel. So that 24c could easily go a few degrees above ambient

The CO2 would be extracted via your fan & filter ;(

real ale can be fermented to between 20-22c, lager is at a lower temperature i believe?
wouldn't harm if i dropped the grow room temps to them tempretures?

You really need a sealed room for CO2 to be effective. No air exchange.

You could lower your room temperature but then your plants suffer. You could ferment a saison which tolerates high temps instead? Or.. Keep your hobbies seperate
