    Got given a led light and wonder if it would be any good for seedlings and babies?

    "Its a high bay light so it will be intense at normal grow heights. Unless you grow in a cathedral, i would have a go at removing that reflector."

    I think it would be fine,mind you I normally just do my own thing. So if it was me I would just set it up and see if the lady’s like it.. all the best and stay safe and healthy fellow green thumb ;-)
