    Default deficiency problem

    Hi

I've had a leaf showing a deficiency from week 3 of veg (now in week 5) It's only appeared on one the bottom fan leaf...all the rest look healthy.

    Any ideas?

    Soil
    400w Mh
Currently at 600PPM (run is around the same)
Temps (25c lights on 19/18 off)
    ph.65
    Humidity 55/65
    General Hydroponics Flora Nutrients
    Week 5 of veg

    cheers

It looks like a mineral deficiency. Can you provide more info regarding your soil, and is your water hard or soft. I would expect this type of deficiency to be fixed with the addition of a CalMag solution. Most of the nutrient manufacturers have a CalMag product.

I thought this too...But i have soft water here. Im currently using Canna Terra Professional.

I had a look on a few sites and it looks like a sulfur deficiency.

I had leaf discolouration with purple stems, similar to your problem, when I switched from very hard tap water to very soft rainwater which I gather from the roof of my house. The rainwater was "too soft" and lacking in minerals. I sorted this problem with CalMag.
