From what I can see the general color looks okay and I don't see the heavy clawing on the leaf tips like you would with nitrogen toxicity. I might suggest it has something more to do with your watering regimen, maybe a little over watering at times or even too dry at times. for instance, if you are feeding a plant and it's extra thirsty it's going to burn. It's just because it was too many nutrients at the time for a thirsty plant it might have worked fine if the plant had plenty of moisture in the soil when you watered it. You can get crinkled up leaves like lower ones and just plain dried out leaves like that upper when you were showing me if you over water, you actually get the roots dying off in the very bottom of your pot and you start seeing funky stuff like that.
