    Tomatoes don't like water from above and develop black spots on the leaves from water sprayed on the plant. I think it is a type of fungus, I get them in my yard because I only use impact sprinklers that water from above.

    If you think they might be getting too much water then giving them the chance to dry out a bit could help. Anything that gets more air flow more sunlight and less water on top of the plant.

    Could it be Septoria blight looking online? A type of fungus as Jingo said. Seems to be one of the common tomato disease.
