Can anyone tell me what this is on my plant? The plant looks fairly healthy apart from this on two leaves. It's not spread or progressed

At a guess I would say either water droplets left on the leaves which have then burnt under your lights. Or tobacco mosaic. Do you smoke tobacco? and if so do you wash your hands before handling your plant?
Is it a hps light your using? my first guess would be the water droplet one but possible it's tobacco mosaic virus.
Both aren't very serious and plant looks really healthy otherwise.
Doubtful its TMV - a lot is said about it but it is very rarely to blame...
It's Not What You Know, It's What You Can Prove
I've had it before, not that big a deal usually only affecting a leaf or two but it does happen when handling plants after smoking/ rolling with tobacco. Not saying it is that, looks to me like water droplets burnt under a hps but pics aren't the best to tell either way. Just a thought.
For what it is, I'd tend to agree about water droplets...
Here's a few better pictures of what I have got going on. I've been told it could be calcium or magnesium deficiency

Looks like water burn. I think of drops of water as little magnifying glasses that burn in strong light. Probably bollocks!
