Its harder to figure out when to start feeding. In coco you feed straight away and in soil you can even wait 2 months before feeding.

If its a mix you will probably just have to go with the colour of your plant. Looks hungry to me so I would advise to give her some light feed

I watered them earlier on, should I just mix a little with a little water?

So as its a mix what Nutes do you use? They sold me some Shogun Terra grow.

Yeh mate just treat it like soil. The coco is for aeration I think, some soil comes with 30% perlite or something already mixed in, I opened a bag of plagron and I think that had perlite in it. The nutes should be sound, pretty sure growell make the soil and shogun nutes, give it a go. Don't follow the feed schedule on the bottle though. These photo or auto? How old are they?

Up until Thursday they were just under some fluorescent lights so were just having a bit (Possibly 1/2 litre every few days), stuck them under the 1000w notched down to 600w for the first day just to check temp.. and they took 2 litres each this morning as the pots were light. As I'm a novice I didn't eat to overwater them but I'm also aware they need to run out at some stage.

I would go with half the recommended dosage then work your way up from there.

I followed that link you provided and had a good read. Links are not allowed there's a link to The rules in my signature. Anyway, that looks an awful lot like pro mix. They have put in just enough nutrients and calcium and magnesium to get a seedling off and started well and then it'll just kind of peeter her out.

Most guys end up feeding promix almost like coco, as soon as the nutrients start to run out. So they usually pH their feed to about 6.3 in promix.

Feeding as @millwall115 says would probably work well.
