    I have this on 2 another branch and they are broke 3 days ago i taped them, i hope they will survive

    but why this is happening?

    Probably too much water, and too much moisture in your environment in general. Do you have a fan blowing on those plants? It looks to me like a little bit of rot in the stem, I've had it before sometimes a plant will recover if you get the environment dried out and water less frequently. Sometimes they just won't make it.

    I agree with jingo but I thought that I'd add that it normally happens on the stem more towards the soil

    I’d say almost certainly rot caused by too much humidity.
    I’d be careful cutting it off if the environment hasn’t changed
