Your older 220W draw Bloom Buster, are great for Veg as well as for flower as well. They do produce 1/2 gram to 1gram per watt, but not as good as the newer one's with the greater PPFD Patterns.

People reporting 1 1/2 to 2 grams, with the newer tec.

There are a lot of guys on the forum growing with vivid LEDs, we have a sponsor from them on the forum and most guys say he's real knowledgeable and real helpful.

You absolutely can replace any other type of bulb for any stage of growth with an LED, the only reason I don't recommend mine is they're getting harder to come by and more expensive these days in America and probably unavailable at all in Europe.

Here's what I use, I have five of them. Three will cover an 8-foot by 36-in cocoa drain table.

They cover a square meter in area and a full 3 ft in penetration, so I've grown auto flowers up to a pound and a half under one of these lights.

Now I am not recommending you go out and purchase lights like mine these were new tech about 10 years ago I just know lights have improved a lot in the decades since these were designed.

Smorgasboard of youtube channels for you to check out for LED info

    Migro
    Growmau5
    Greengene's Garden
    LED Gardener
    LED Grow Light Depot

Also check out the forum sponsor sub forum and have a peak at Vivid LED (we get a forum discount ) they will treat you right. Have used them personally and they are nothing but helpful and provide top quality lights. No hesitation recommending them if you do decide to go down that route

NO SELL, NO SMELL, NO TELL!!!

Thank you for taking the time to reply much appreciated , yeah I'm over in the UK and the more I'm researching leds the more I'm learning how much I never kept upto date with , I'll check them out on my local shops I was having a look at the Telos 0010 LED Full Spectrum Grow Light it's just hard finding specific reviews and yields etc and I have no clue what half the stuff means haha I know where I'm at with your traditional hps but that's the kind of yield I'd be aiming for , I'm hoping to not be growing all year round and maybe pull off 2 harvests of so 16ozs each time and I should be good to go for a year with edibles and the other stuff I make for myself as smoking is hard these days and the quality of the local stuff just isn't worth the time or my money to some north face ninja
