    help please!

found a sativa (don't know the strain) that roots in 10 days!
I transplant into a solo cup 1/2 ocean forest 1/2 compost. Ever so slightly water with ph of no higher than 6.7
leaves begin to show deficiencies in two days then finally turn yellow and die off..
Under an ES 300 on full power 16 hours on 8 off.

Did your roots poke out of the rockwool good before transplant?

I personally hate Rockwool for starting anything in, I'd much rather use general hydroponics rapid readers their cocoa plugs and pre-charge with nutrients work real well.

Once transplanted into soil you shouldn't water the Rockwell itself just around it in the soil.
