Well I'd say you have a very light case of magnesium deficiency with a little bit of calcium deficiency on the upper leaves. Probably don't want to do any spraying at this stage and it's not always great to pour calcium and magnesium down in your soil. If you should happen to have some calcium and magnesium you could feed a little bit in, but reduce your nitrogen source to make up for any nitrogen in the calcium and magnesium.
