Default Library online, free to anyone with a library card. High Times magazine available.

I found out recently that everything available in the library is available online. There are a few suppliers, I have been using RBdigital. This morning I have read High Times magazine. There are magazines on just about every subject.
If you have a library card you just register and bingo.
I think you have to register via your councils library but a quick Google should give you the correct way.

I love it, I have read quite a few computer mags, I'm gutted I have recently paid for a subscription to PC Pro

We've got exactly the same stuff over here in the States, real useful for things like automotive repair that kind of stuff. Now with the new liquid display on the Adobe apps you can turn just about any PDF file into a readable e-book. I'm starting to revisit a whole lot of online content.

Depends on where you are and your local laws, I would consider not accessing that info with a directly identifiable ID, in other words, not outing yourself to the authorities.

I can't see reading computer magazines or even High Times will cause me too many problems, at least not in the uk
