Re read your OP so for 4 plants you want to build a room in the space you have or put in a tent / roof cube.
As i said
U will need at least 1000 watts
If gardro says 1800, im with him lol. And it makes sense cuz i use 480 on my 1.2 sqm and i calculated 1.2 x 2.4 . Yours 2.4 sqm then thats a lot of light.
I would think of adding QBs to your setup, like one or two, mix em all hps led and qb.
Will need adjustments, but i think is best to avoid big investments in the begining

Already in a tent? I bent the poles to suit (best I could do when I moved)
Yeah was looking at the QBs some are quite pricy for just now. Ive got a 400w hps setup there I could use and add some QBs to give me a better light spread. Got a good bit to go on for now, that's spot on. Thanks for the advice, I'll let use know what I decide to go with
Hi gardro,
Yes the light performs pretty well, great for keeping temps down. I'm not thinking of replacing it. It is being used in one 4'x4' tent at the moment.
But i have another 4'x4' tent and although I have various HPS lamps and balasts would prefere another LED. So planning on building one that better fits the space. I fancy making with the 4' F series which are actualy 1120mm so should work well for a 1200mm tent.
I have been looking at the Samsung Horticultural strips which only come in 560mm so would need 8 of those.
