    Default Flowering & PPM Numbers

I found this chart on a few sites, but the sites were all hydroponic sites.

    - Seedlings: 100-250 (nutrients aren't needed here, hence there's not a lot of particles needed)
    - First Half of Vegging Cycle: 300-400 (this is usually after you transplant, which still doesn't require many nutrients)
    - Second Half of Vegging: 450-700 (you'll start giving your plants more nutrients at this stage)
    - First Half of Flowering: 750-950 (your plants will be eating more as they grow, so they'll be taking in more nutrients)
    - Second Half of Flowering: 1000-1600 (this is when your plant's eating the most, especially if you give it additives)
    - End of Flower, Entering Harvest: As close to 0 as possible (this is when you'll be flushing your plants, so you don't want there to be a lot of particles leftover)

Would these be the same levels for soil?

Do the majority of peoe follow PPM or do they rely on what the plant is telling them?

    Thanks,

PPM is pointless with soil as organic nutes tend to have a zero reading

M_C, How do you measure nutrients? - using E.C.?

I've not seen any nutrient burn in the slightest when pushing PPM in the veg phase, as of last feeding I was about 1000PPM. Today, I went to 1400 PPM and 6.3Ph, as this is my second feeding into flowering.
If for some reason I start seeing Nutrient burn, should I flush with fresh RO water? Or buy one of those neutralizer additives?

I'm feeding each plant - CNS17 Bloom, Silica Blast, Cal-Mag, Terpenator and molasses mixed in two gallons of water into 10 gallon smart pots. 4x4 tent, good air movement from four internal fans, two at the bottom floor and two in the middle, plus an 6" intake and 8" exhaust. Humidity is a struggle, range is 39 to 75% at times, I have a small dehumidifier, I will likely upgrade it as its too small for staying on top of the issue. At the highest humidity, I no longer have water dripping from the side walls as the fans prevent that, but once the buds start to form, that is when I need to ensure humidity is in check?

    Thanks,

In coco I use EC (It's the sensible measure!)

In soil I use a syringe LOL - OK, OK, I read the plant & add as required....

    Yep.

In soil with only grow, bloom and bloom boost nutrients to use with an upper limit of 4ml per litre, I just have a look at the plant and make my choice - e.g., well established, slightly hungry for N and in flower could be - 1ml grow, 2ml bloom, 1ml boost - or any other combo but never more than 4ml per litre combined.

I'm into week two of flower, my new growth is lime green, the tops only, lower is deeper green.
    Definitely healthy new growth.

But is that a sigs of a plant needing N? Or just the transition into flower? I've read both.
Nutrients are CNS 17 Bloom, in FFOF, Spider Farmer SP4000, on 12/22 at 12" from tops. Temps are 70'sF to mid 80'sF.
