Been just over a week and they seem to be coming on nice now, all new growth looking much better.

The bottom leaves are still touching the soil at times on a few of them, is this normal, if not what could of caused it and should I trim theses leaves off or leave them be?

You'll be trimming those bottom leaves off eventually but there's no rush. They can grow a little taller and get their leaves up off the soil.

Grows been doing well, but noticed what looks to be a single pollen sack on one, is this a hermaphrodite and if so should I remove the whole plant or remove just the one pollen sack and keep a close eye? Click image for larger version.

Tough to tell with the quality of the photo, but it could be a banana starting. I'd just pluck it off and keep an eye out for more I don't think you're going to have any issues.

    Back again for more advice

My most advanced plants have got very light tips on new growth, I watered and fed them the day after I first noticed, only gave them 0.8ml of organicus.

I watered 5 of them with the feed and the 3 with the white tips haven't worsened just stayed the same, the are all still growing.

My temps averaged at 28c with lights on, got AC that comes on at 29c and goes off at 27c.

My humidity is averaging at 61, low is 50 high is 69, really struggle to get it any lower for when they are all fully into flower.

My lights an LED SF-4000 and is 60cm from the tallest ant 65cm from the smallest.

Any idea what could cause the light yellow tips?

Get ur temps down to 26 max ..22-26. Mine went thru the same thing, when there's 100%humidy outside its hard to get it under 60 inside. Gl
