I'm new to L.E.D lights , viparspectra

Hey folks, hope you all having a nice evening.

I've grown indoors many a time with hps and halide, but due to a new flat I'm in I'm limited to space, and I have a baby on the way so I'm stuck for cash, My old equipment let's just say, got taken.

So all I'm left with is a a 60x60x60 grow tent , and a 300 watt vipraspectra led light, that is actually 132 watts from the mains, but the mains output has nothing to do with the bulbs, I've seen people grow on YouTube with this vipraspectra light and they have some fat bushy lovely ladies so I'm well aware that this light will work, BUT here's the question I need some help with...

Will I be able to sufficiently use this vipraspectra light inside a 60x60x60 tent , and how far can I get this led to the plants? I've heard its 12 inches, but my experience for growing in general tells me I can get it closer...what do you guys think? I only plan to put one auto inside and scrog it with some LST and keep it small and bushy . Throw your'e thoughts my way ! And remember to keep the basis of the discussion around the question, some peeps tend to start recommending other gear ect and I've already stated my equipment has been taken so I'm stuck with what I have otherwise...i wouldn't be messing about with this setup..AT ALL LMFAO, I'm just in need of some smoke asap and I only like organic cbd hence why I'm trying to bang this auto in this setup asap. Anwyay, hope to hear from you all

Well, you can’t scrog an auto in the classic sense as you have no control over timings.

If I were you, I’d top it at 3 true nodes, scrap the bottom one and hold the 6 remaining branches as low as you can and hope for the best.

Herbitual, thanks for taking the time to reply , much appreciated, this is roughly what I intended to do! I shall post a thread on this and do some updates once they get going. Any idea how close I can get that led to the plant? As far as I know they have a 6inch canopy penetration, so I believe by theory I can get it closer than 12 inches without any issues , inside a tent of this size I need least amount of stretch I can possibly get along side lst.

I have the 600tc model, couldn't get any closer than 14" with that one if that helps mate

Thankyou bud! Much appreciated. If you could get a max 14" with a higher output model I'm sure I can push this one down to around 8-10 inches no problem! . Thanks a lot dude
