does anybody know the correct way to attach and hang vivid leds lights...the straps provided seem a bit crap and holes for hanging seem a bit fiddly

Got a pic to help us out?

"Straps" is an odd word to use - unless they've changed the hanging method?

That's what I got recently, can't say it's the stuff dreams are made of but does the job. Just make sure the carabiners are oriented properly.

I like them they're easy to use and adjust quickly. Haven't had any snap either yet. I attach it to the crossbeam rather than the side as it's a bit easier to reposition.

I may be wrong but I think you’ve got them through the hole on the faceplate I think that’s the problem, like I said I could be wrong but mine are clipped through the grill holes
I smoke pretty much all of the time so if I waffle shit please forgive me lol

Just noticed you’ve got yours through the other holes so there’s a good chance mine are wrong lol

To be honest mate I think either would be fine. I just chose the lower stuff because it gives you about an extra 1-2cm of height available, is a bit thicker (although I think the grills would be fine probably) and it kept quite flat. For big stretchers I swap out the hanging wire things for something shorter a bit like what @Tansta used.
