As the picture is basically red I don’t think many people will see what your hiking on about
I have strains with red stems and I believe it’s genetic mostly so I wouldn’t worry yet
Let’s see a decent picture and go from there

Sometimes red stems are strain dependant, sometimes temperature, other times its sunburn from too much light.

Really hard to tell from that picture but as its at the bottom of the plant and the HPS esque glow. I would suggest strain/temps rather than light but can't say 100%

Its anthocyanin pigment produced to combat light stress.

Its a sign you dont need much more light
