I was going to put my exhaust fan and intake fan on 18 /6 like the light and run a circulation fan 24 / 7 ?

When I talk about fans I'm talking about oscillating fans, your extraction system should be set up on kind of an automatic controller. At least that's the best way to go, you get one that has a high idle a low idle and shuts off if things get too hot.

If you don't have any smell and you don't want to run extraction and you don't have temperature problems, then you don't need your extraction running with lights off.

No worries, seedlings can do that. it's only when your plan is three or four weeks old and you're still seeing odd things you have to start to worry.
