Default Soil and feed ph combined?

    Hey all!
    first time grower here.
Just a quick question whilst I prepare for the grow.
So when I'm looking at pH levels do I need to take a soil pH reading then balance the pH of the soil against the pH of my water/feed?
Hope that makes sense, it was a heavy evening ????

Funny I was reading that and thinking how familiar some of that soil sounds with the sand and the loam and a little bit of clay. And I get down to the bottom and find out it's written about my state.

Now I have to wonder if I'm helping things out or screwing things up by feeding my plants extra hydrogen ions.

It would be better to make sure your soil itself is at A ph of 7. It would be easer to adjust soil, before planting then doing it after you have already planted. But you can use sulfur to bring down the PH of the soil, and Lime to bring up the PH of the soil if needed. Like above no need to ph water though.
