Default How do you mix your nutes

Hope I posted this in the right place? If not feel free to move it please.

I have been wondering if there is an easier way to mix nutes and such into your water with out having to put each different thing in to a jug one at a time and then shaking the
hell out of it. When you have 2,3 or 4 different feeds going on and can become to much. All the shaking to ph your solution too. My old body just ain't what it used to be
and I think the wife is getting ready to quit on me.

Would love to hear from all you fine folks on how you do it.

    Peace

Depends on how much mix you need to make really, I just use a 20liter storage tub and a old curtain pole to mix it up

I have either a 15 or 30 gallon tote with a water pump in the bottom, I fill that thing up with water and I take a bunch of pre-loaded syringes and I start squirting them in one at a time with the pump running to mix the nutes. I always start with the most alkaline substances working my way back to the least alkaline. Then the plants water themselves on schedule.

Not sure what you mean by the water themselves? I am in soil so can't wrap my head around that.

I was thinking about a 5 gallon bucket and using a paint stirrer that goes on a drill. Not sure how well that would work though because of the viscosity difference.
    What are all your thoughts?

Well what I meant by them water themselves as I leave that pump in there on a timer and then it pumps water out to the plants at a set time.

If I'm just going to do a couple plants I usually do mix in a 5 gallon bucket, I use a piece of braising rod to stir it by hand. I use general hydroponic nutrients and a couple other things so I usually have four or five syringes preloaded with my most alkaline substance first and squirt it in mix and then squirt it in mixes keep on going to the least alkaline. After I've done that once or twice and found out where my pH ends up I will usually try to adjust the pH of my water before the nutrients go in and if I get it between 5.8 to say 6.3 afterwards I'm happy. I don't like messing around pH and up or down after the nutrients are in the mix it can cause them to precipitate out.

I set my waters Ph to 5.6 with ph down.
I weigh out my powdered nutrient. Tip it in the water and stir, job done, pour on the plants

NO SELL, NO SMELL, NO TELL!!!

Yep, Greenleaf Nutrients Megacrop powdered fertiliser.

Only liquids I use are Canna Organic PH down, and GHE calmag if required.
