    Default Serious issue or fixable?

    I bought some bulk seeds recently, Northern Lights Auto, and started them off inside under 60w lights which was fine.
    They are 2 weeks old and i have put them outside to enjoy the sun. However marks have started appearing. Any ideas. Pictures attached.
