Just drop it into A glass of water, leave in the dark over night to 24 hours, then it should have A tail showing, just plant it then.

No light. You only want the towel damp not soaking wet.I would use paper towels has some times the tap root will put out hairs that will grow into the towel and
can damage the root when trying to get it out.

I usually do a 24-hour soak and then right into the final medium, but I've had some really bad luck with some fast buds gear I ordered and I've gone back to the paper towel method until my confidence gets back up. If you research the paper towel method you'll find that it's probably the best way to know for sure what's going on with your seeds.

Ye thought paper towel method was best for me with it been my 1st time. When the seeds finally pop can I transfer them into small Rockwool blocks and into a propagator tank under t5 lighting? Does this sound ok thanks

Never understood it myself-the paper towel method. They've evolved to drop to the ground and grow. Why mess with that?

I hear what your saying but I like the paper towel method just so I know if the bean is viable.hate taking care of a pot of soil if it ain't gonna grow.
