Passed few days they’ve bin bouncing leaf to leaf, attracted a jumping spider but there’s to many for just one spider, saw one with his head in one of the holes on the leafs munching away????

Just break out the Neem, it will take care of them.

In that case, I can’t help! (Much)

I reckon the Neem oil might be a better idea than bug spray tho cos it’ll stay on the leaves longer and deter them from landing, whereas bug spray is better for killing stuff that actually lives on the plant.

    Good luck Sharpie.

He looks like he's from the 80's, the fly, not the OP

It seems I may have bin mistaken on those flies being the culprit, they have since grown up n flew away I imagine! No more new damage and healthy girls! One of the shorter ones even attracted an alien just now ????
