    Default Is this mold?

    Greetings All,

    Just noticed a random discolouring on one of the calyx, it looks purplish but not sure if this a indicator of mold, i tried getting a a clear shot but very hard to see still, any advice would be appriciated

    Strain is green poison auto growing outdoor uk

    I'm not seeing mould mate what's humidity been like

    Mould usually more prone week 3 or 4 then show later on in the grow

    looks like strain colour showing thru to me rather than mould.

    Keep an eye on it but don't think its anything to worry about

    Has been quite rainy last few days but the purple only seems to have affected that 1 calyx, will keep an eye on it

    That could be the first sign of mold if that calyx continues to brown up then you'll know you've got it systemically, usually on a bigger plant if one branch has some mold in it that you can't see the calyx on that branch will go ugly brown.

    Thanks for your reply, so if it turns brown or grey i should pull the calyx off or more?

    If it gets an ugly brown over the entire calyx then You're going to have to look real close at the branch that it's on and maybe even cut the entire branch off and fast dry it. User it for hash or something, unless you like smoking bone dry weed.

    Just a update guys and girls, i think it is mold starting, what would be the best option now, shall i cut that whole area off?
