That's exactly what you want to do. You know what you are getting, a female, and it saves you buying more seeds and/or trying to avoid growing bucks in your garden. If you know you grow a good female, when it's at her healthiest, take few cuttings and make baby girls from it. A nice cutting would be at least 4 nodes, a nice big one. If you can get 5 or 6 that would be great. Eventually you make cuttings from them (the clones) and you have plants a couple month apart in their life cycle, staggered if you will and they are all essentially the same plant. Good luck !!!!
